At Dreambox TV, our refund policy is implemented in accordance with a contract established with our payment gateway partners. This agreement is designed to ensure mutual protection for both you and us.

When purchasing our products, it’s crucial to understand that initiating services and creating new accounts come with associated costs for DreamboxTV. Therefore, before proceeding with payment, please be certain that you are committed to the service. Once activated, the service cannot be canceled or altered.

We take responsibility for the activation of the service. If, for any reason, we are unable to activate the service or if there are any issues with the service from our end, you are entitled to a full refund. 

In such cases, a refund request can be made, and we will process it within 2-4 days.In instances of client-side issues (device problems, internet connectivity, misuse of services, etc.), or if you decide not to continue using our services, you do not qualify for a full refund. 

However, you may request a partial refund:– 50% refund for VIP subscriptions– 25% refund for Premium subscriptionsThe formula for calculating the partial refund amount is: Refund Percentage * (Total Paid – Usage Period, Transaction Fees, Activation Fees, Support Fees).Please note that we do not provide partial refunds for the 1-month trial test subscription, as it is exclusively intended for service evaluation.Furthermore, if you have been provided with a test account before making a purchase, and subsequently, after the test, you decide to proceed with the purchase, you are ineligible for a refund unless there is a server outage issue.In the event of any service-related problems, please reach out to us first via Email (support@klaartv.pro) or WhatsApp. 

Our agents will identify the issue and attempt to resolve it if feasible.Please read the following carefully, and if you wish to request a refund, create a ticket via email or whatsapp. Refund Requests must meet the following conditions:

√ Before purchasing a long-term service, please request a trial account to test the service. If you are not satisfied with the trial, please do not purchase a long-term service.

√ If your internet speed is slow and prevents you from using our IPTV service, you may request a refund.

√ Our Team is available 24/7 to provide assistance, but we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to set up the Dreambox TV service on your devices. Please refer to our tutorials for assistance with setting up IPTV.

√ Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has expired more than 7 days ago.
